Photos of Pets

To be able to complete a portrait of your beloved pet I require multiple photographs taken from different angles, preferably in daylight, at the eye level of the animal.

Photographs should display an accurate representation of the fur colour and texture.

I ask that the photographs are taken from not too far away as they need to have a clear focus when zooming in.

A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings and commissions. All work is mounted to fit a standard UK frame size and packaged securely in a hard backed envelope to ensure safe delivery. Delivery of UK orders is via Royal Mail and is included in the price (Deliveries outside of the UK are charged on an individual basis and is payable by the customer) Framing NOT included.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Commissions and Payment:

Once the deposit has been paid and the commission is confirmed, I do not offer refunds as each piece is tailored to your individual specifications. I will send a photograph to you once the painting is complete for your approval. Once all parties are satisfied I ask for payment of the remaining balance before the work is posted to you.

2. Communication for Concerns:

Please report any damage upon delivery immediately along with supporting evidence.

3. Cancellations:

I do not accept cancellations once the commission is confirmed and payment is processed.

Any Cancellations run the risk of losing your deposit.

4. Additional Details:

- I take utmost care in creating and packaging artwork to minimise shipping damage.

- Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

- Modifications requested once I have started work on the piece may incur additional fees based on the changes required.
